  Main equipment:
  1.The first basic material unwind station:
    (1). adopt with double photoelectric tracking correct deviation
    (2). adopt with full auto tension system
    (3). rolling material support by air expand shaft; the range of the horizontal adjustment: +-20mm.
  2.Gluing part:
    (1). the diameter of anilox cylinder 160mm, pressure rubber roller 120mm, on-off pneumatic, pressure adjustable.
    (2). the doctor blade pneumatic type, the horizontal movement +-6mm.
    (3). the anilox cylinder is driven by separate motor, speed keeps step with the main motor.
    (4). gluewater container can be up and down
  

  3.The oven part:

  (1). the whole structure made of channel steel
  (2). all the material inside the oven is made of stainless steel, which ensure the rust inhibiting during the high temperature condition.
  (3). the length of the oven: 8000mm
  (4). with four segments heating system, temperature control sperately, each part with hot wind recycle device, which is good for heating utilization, save energy.
  (5). arc type inside the oven, synchronic with the main motor speed.
  (6). top of the each part of oven adopts with air cylinder to open and close, the sealing position adopts with silicon rubber which prevent the output of hot wind, the open/close type on the top of the oven is convenient for crossing the film and cleaning inside the oven.
  4.The second basic material unwind station
  (1). with upper and lower double unwind device.
  (2). full auto tension control system
  (3). rolling material is supported by air expand shaft, the horizontal adjustment +-20mm.
  5.Laminating part:
  (1). laminating steel roller with chrome plated treatment
  (2). laminating steel roller with oil heating inside, temperature control automatically, which ensure the even temperature on its surface.
  (3). diameter of laminating rubber roller 150mm, pressed by pneumatic, the pressure is adjustable.
  6.rewind part:
  (1). rewind station driven by torque motor eternal tension control.
  (2). rolling material is supported by air expand shaft, the horizontal adjustment +-20mm.
  7.The whole machine with double inverters(panasonic inverter).which ensures the whole parts keep synchronous with the main motor.
  8.all the guide roller on the machine with high hardness treatment.
  Function:Suitable for BOPP,CPP,PVC, paper and Aluminum foil. etc. two layers lamination.
